WELCOME TO THE
ANNAPOLIS YACHT CLUB
The officers, staff, and members of the Annapolis Yacht Club are pleased to
welcome Visiting Yachtsmen from Reciprocal YC’s to our club and to our city,
Annapolis. We look forward to sharing our expanded facilities and our city with
you.

Transient Dockage for Visiting Yachtsman
Members of Clubs with which AYC has Reciprocal Arrangements are welcome to
utilize our club facilities, including dockage, dinghy tie-up, pump-out, ice, water, and
electric, as well as the club’s dining facilities. In addition, and
depending on availability, Visiting Yachtsmen from Reciprocal Clubs who sign in at
the Sailing Center and stay in an AYC slip overnight may also use the Activity Center fitness center
and pool (check with the Activity Center Front Desk for availability). View AYC’s House Rules which include appropriate attire.
While our transient dockage availability is limited to 3-5 floating slips and any
available vacant member slips, the City of Annapolis has an extensive mooring field
and an excellent water taxi service (VHF CH 68). Visiting yachtsmen on moorings
may tie up their dinghy at designated AYC docks after checking in with the AYC
Dockmaster (see further information below).
Visiting yachtsmen requesting dockage or dinghy access at AYC for daytime or
overnight stays should contact the AYC Dockmaster at (410) 320-4304,
[email protected] in advance of their arrival for information and
availability. Dockmasters are available between 0900 and 1700, 7 days a week, with
extended hours Wednesday-Sunday from April through August. Reservations can be
made up to 30 days in advance for a maximum of a 7-day stay based on availability.
Reciprocal Yacht Clubs wishing to have a club cruise to Annapolis and stay at AYC
should contact the Dockmaster to discuss availability and transit plans. If space for
a group social event is requested, the Waterfront staff will refer the group leader to
the appropriate AYC Event Team contact.
Visiting yachtsmen may request a guest card from the front desk of the Main
Clubhouse front desk or the front desk of the Activity Center if they would like to
take advantage of any of the club’s recreational and food and beverage services.
