AYC Junior Sailor Maddie Hawkins has been named to the U.S. Youth Championship Team! Maddie was a member of the AYC Junior Sailing 420 Race Team and Opti Programs. This isn’t the first, and won’t be the last, time Ms. Hawkins will be mentioned in our Sailor Spotlight! Maddie and her teammate, Yumi Yoshiyasu, will be competing in the 49th Youth Sailing World Championship being held in Gdynia, Poland, July 13-20.
