Facilities

The Annapolis Yacht Club properties span three of the four properties surrounding the Spa Creek Bridge in Annapolis.

The Club boasts over 75 wet slips and dry dockage for our expanding one design fleets.

The Annapolis Yacht Club is a private membership organization with a Sec. 501(c)(7) Federal tax exemption. The facilities of the club are for the sole use of members and their guests. This website's public access information shall not be construed as an invitation to the general public.

Main Clubhouse

The Main Clubhouse prominently resides on the northern side of Spa Creek with 30 slips and a dinghy dock for members.

It features 0.95 waterfront acres, a 16,000 square foot Clubhouse, and casual and formal, indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Main Bar

The Main Bar is the perfect place to get together with friends, family, and fellow members to watch the game on flat screen TVs.

The eight draught taps showcasing a variety of craft beers will delight the beer connoisseur. Our professional bartending staff is happy to prepare a special craft cocktail or suggest a wine. Don’t forget that Friday night happy hour at the Main Bar is a Club tradition and a great way to start the weekend!

Second Deck

The Second Deck comprises two areas, indoor and outdoor dining.

The indoor space showcases a sushi and raw bar, culinary offerings that are prepared to the freshest standard in the industry. Tables line the floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to experience the view that is second to none. The outdoor deck is the hidden gem within the Club, with scenic views of Eastport and the Naval Academy.

Bridge

The Bridge, located on the third floor, is an elegant dining venue at the Main Clubhouse.

You will have a front seat to picturesque views of Spa Creek, the Sailing Center, Severn River, and the Naval Academy, with culinary offerings that will engage the foodie in everyone. Expect a refined dining and beverage experience when dining in the Bridge. The Binnacle Lounge offers a respite from the entire Club, where the view of the Academy is breathtaking.

Commodore's Room

The Commodore’s Room, located off the Binnacle Lounge on the third floor, provides a great setting for private meals and offers terrific views of the Severn River.

Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion? The Commodore’s Room is the perfect intimate place to mark the occasion with family and friends.

Skipjack

The Skipjack, located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, is geared for private events and Club events for the membership.

The spacious room overlooks Spa Creek, taking full advantage of the beautiful, scenic view. Adjacent to the Skipjack is the Terrace, the perfect space for outdoor entertaining! The Skipjack was created to host up to 225 people. We look forward to hosting your next event!

Sailing Center

The Sailing Center is our main hub for running regular and special sailing races and regattas.

It is also where we support our varied junior sailing programs, with sufficient space for dry storage of our fleets of boats. The building incorporates conference areas for meetings and education, and houses the AYC administrative offices.

Activity Center

The Activity Center is an exciting new facility for member enjoyment.

This is a great place for families, young and old, to enjoy AYC in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. While enjoying the views of Spa Creek, members can enjoy an open kitchen restaurant experience. The Activity Center features a pool, fire pit, outdoor bar, snack bar, fitness center, and activities room for kids.

SPA CREEK GALLEY

The Spa Creek Galley is a casual dining restaurant that has been designed using an open kitchen concept.

While enjoying the relaxed views of Spa Creek, St Mary's, and watching the boat traffic awaiting the next bridge opening, members can enjoy an open kitchen experience. A highlight is the wood-fired pizza oven that adds to the casual atmosphere.

FITNESS CENTER

The second floor of the Activity Center contains the Club's Fitness Center.

Open 7 days a week, the Fitness Center is outfitted with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment to allow members to work out at their leisure.

SWIMMING POOL & SNACK BAR

Our resort-style pool is a wonderful, family-friendly gathering place for members and their guests.

Take advantage of our outdoor Snack Bar, offering an array of delicious menu options to munch on by the pool throughout the day, or relax and enjoy the harbor views with friends and family around the fire pit.

ADULT FLEX-FITNESS STUDIO/YOUTH CLUBROOM

Adjacent to the Fitness Center, this versatile space supports a wide range of activities.

In the morning, the Adult Flex-Fitness Studio is available for fitness activities such as yoga, pilates, stretching, and group classes. Later in the afternoon, the space becomes our Youth Clubroom, where kids can hang out and enjoy video games, movies, board games, and other kid-friendly activities.
