The first of the “What to Expect” Series kicks off this Saturday at 10:00 in the Sailing Center covering the topics of Sails, Rigging and Electronics.

The first of the “What to Expect” Series kicks off this Saturday at 10 am at the Sailing Center covering the topics of Sails, Rigging and Electronics. Will Keyworth and Allan Terhune, Jr., from North Sails will cover what you need to know when prepping your sail inventory for the race. Member Ted Haaland, who has been in the rigging industry for over 15 years, will cover what you need to know and check on your boat before heading off on the race as well spares to consider having on board. Mike Jones and Mark Jeffries from Mid Atlantic Marine Electronics will be on hand to cover the “must haves” for the race and what to consider to get your boat ready to go offshore.
