10 years ago the Barbados Tourism Marketing, Inc., partnered with the Annapolis to Newport Race as the tracker sponsor and they’ve come back to the event, not only as the Tracker Sponsor, but also as the Official Travel & Leisure Industry partner. The island of has hosted many world class sailing events over the years, and continues to put their support behind sailboat racing by returning as a major sponsor of the biennial race. Representatives from Barbados Tourism Marketing, Inc., will have a presence in Annapolis prior to the race and will have a VIP lounge set up in the Hospitality Tent at Newport Yachting Center. With assistance from the Event Committee, the group will be awarding a holiday for two inclusive of airfare to a participating skipper who completes the 2019 Annapolis to Newport Race.
